Second - if you want to have 1 mio Coonys, you have to register on at least 1 of the webpages mentioned on the first page of this thread using the reflink - so of course it is based on referral system.
third - after registering you have to post that you have registered yourself on one of the pages as otherwise Chrisano can not recognize that you registered by his offer, and the same is true when reaching the 100.000 APs or 1 Mio APs, you have to post. Chrisano will check if you are in his downline and only in this case, you will get the Coonys.
